Professional capabilities for registered Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioners The professional capabilities were approved by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practice Board of Australia, and identify the knowledge, skills and professional attributes needed to safely and competently practise as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner in Australia.
